I have been living
In another time
Where the world is right
And you are mine
And I know that it's crazy
But I don't mind
So I'll keep on living
In another time
I've been living
In another place
But the truth is
It's so very far away
Until I can be certain
That you will be mine
I'll keep on living
In another time
BRIDGE:
I should have known when I met you
That I never ever would forget you
Even if it meant throwing my life away.
And now that I've found you
There's just know way around you
My heart won't let me keep you at bay...
Until I can be certain
That you will be mine
I'll keep on living
In another time

Like "Sooner or Later" this tune was added to KBQF after the first performance, and like that tune it actually pre-dates the writing of the main body of KBQF by about 8 years. Why did I bring it back, and insert it in the piece? Probably because of the "time" theme and it's relation to physics, particularly relativity. But really, it's just a nice and gentle way to start out Part 2, before we move headlong back into the sturm and drang. I like the tune, but will probably replace it in version 2.0 of Kabbalah Blues.
